Yes, it’s Uncle Scam, secret evil twin brother of the heroic
America mascot Uncle Sam! While Uncle Sam is trying to encourage patriotism and
military enrollment, Uncle Scam is busy perpetrating fraud on the American
people. Remember the $4 Billion in fraudulent tax refunds the IRS sent out? How
about the overtime scandal in the Border Patrol? And all the money that went
down the drain on the Obamacare website? Why, that’s Uncle Scam! And he gets
away with it all by looking and dressing just like Uncle Sam, so when he
encourages people to do things, they think it’s for a good cause, but it’s not:
it’s a scam!
So remember, whenever it looks like there’s fraud,
corruption and incompetence in Washington, D.C., it’s not the government’s fault:
It’s Uncle Scam!
