Equifax Credit Monitoring Joke Ad

We see a clip from that old LifeLock ad where the head of the company puts his social security number on a truck and let everyone see it, and the announcer says: “Remember that? LifeLock tried to show how good their credit monitoring service is by exposing only one person’s social security number. Well, we’re so sure our credit monitoring service is the best, we’re going to prove it by exposing 145 million Americans’ social security numbers on the dark web! Those who chose to get our credit monitoring service will be fully covered! They’ll be so safe, all the others will wish they had it too! Well, they should have thought of that before we came up with this idea to show how well it works! Too late now…!”
