Polar Bears Have White Privilege

I keep hearing about how concerned everyone is for the well being of the polar bears. Why do people care so much about polar bears? Black and brown bears find their way into suburban neighborhoods and upscale gated communities more and more these days, and when that happens people simply call the police and they’re unceremoniously shot with tranquilizer darts, bounced off of trampolines and caged. Nobody ever seems to care how those bears are doing. Oh, but everybody cares about polar bears! And why? Well, it’s obviously just because they’re white. Everyone wants to help the polar bears while they shun all the other kinds of bears. It couldn’t be more evident.
