Fit Bit is a wearable device that measures your physical
activity as a way to keep track of, and thereby encourage, physical exercise,
hopefully leading to better health. But is this really enough? Surely it would
be more effective if it had a loud alarm on it connected to a GPS sensor that
would sound when the wearer attempted to enter a fast food restaurant, and
would shock the wearer if they tried to eat any fattening food, or more than one packet of ketchup. That would work
even better to prevent obesity according to government policy.
