In this silly ad for Viagra, some rather youthful woman (I’m
guessing she’s supposed to represent a ‘trophy wife’) lying on a bed, and she
says that curling up in bed with a favorite book is nice, but most women would
rather curl up with their favorite man. But is this really true? Somehow I’m
thinking married women might just prefer the book, telling their husbands: “Stop
poking me with your boner, I’m trying to read!” (There is that stereotype of no
sex after marriage. Or maybe this woman is referring to affairs? Not so much
book reading in bed in a torrid affair, I shouldn’t think.)
