I'm a Hollywood guy, I guess, and I get all the screeners, and I have watched almost all of them, and nobody deserves an Oscar, in my opinion, as much as Taissa Farmiga for The Final Girls. Just watch the movie and see if you don't agree.
I know she won't even get nominated, and my opinion counts for nothing, but seriously, I think she earned it. And I rarely, if ever, weigh in on things like this.
Now advertising, that's something else again… (I weigh in on that all the time.)
(BTW: There is no screener of The Final Girls that I know of. I had to get it from NetFlix.)
