We see Marie Antoinette (or her ghost) in her frilly finery
speak to the camera, saying: “The last time, I said: ‘Let them eat cake.’
Apparently people don’t like cake. So this time I say: ‘Let them eat steak!’”
And then we hear cheers and celebratory cannon blasts, and we see confetti and
French (and American) flags, and the steakhouse invites us all to their
Bastille Day “Let Them Eat Steak” celebration.
