Carfax Dracula’s Castle Ad (Joke/Proposed)
In this joke/proposed ad for Carfax, Jonathan Harker is in Dracula’s Castle, and he’s trying to sell Dracula on Carfax Abbey. So Dracula looks at pictures, and then he says: “Okay, let me see the Carfax.” And Jonathan Harker says: “That is Carfax Abey.” And Dracula says: “No, no; the Carfax for Carfax Abbey.” So Jonathan Harker says: “A Carfax is a report on the history of a car, such as all work, damage, accidents, owner history, etc. They don’t issue a Carfax for a house.” So Dracula says: “But this is Carfax Abbey. I want the Carfax.” And, unable to get a Carfax from Jonathan Harker, Dracula throws him to his three vampire wives. Then Dracula looks at the camera and says: “Don’t buy a car until you see the Carfax.”
