I like this guy Mike Rowe and the message of his show, but seriously, sometimes it seems like he’s trolling us. He’s done shows on jobs like bull riding and dog colorist? Nobody has to do either of those things. Maybe someone can earn a living doing it, but it’s hardly essential to society.
If this is his bar for essential services, when will we see him do WWE wrestling, Three-card Monte, drag racing, sailboat racing, porno films, etc.? Nobody has to do these things. We might enjoy it if people did, but it’s not really necessary.
