Courtyard Marriot Viking Ship Ad

This is [kind of a cute ad, where we see a ship of Vikings, and once of them is tasting a Chardonnay, and the announcer says some people “have to” travel for work, but other people “get to” travel for work. But seeing as how this is a Viking ship we’re talking about, shouldn’t we get to see them arrive at a Courtyard Marriot, stay overnight, trash the place, and then go pillage some nearby town? Then the slogan could be: “We help you rest up so you can pillage!”

It might send the message to corporate raiders, and they might become the #1 hotel chain for corporate raiders. (Hey: you never know. That Oliver Stone movie Wall Street, intended to indict a corrupt Wall Street, was taken literally and is loved by Wall Street investment bankers to this day.)
