First we see Clark Kent acting awkward and wimpy and such at
The Daily Planet, with everyone treating him like a nerd. Then we see him as
Superman, without glasses, and everyone treats him like the superhero he is. Then
the announcer says: “Contact lenses can make you feel super! So ditch the
glasses and get a set of (whatever brand of) contacts today at (whatever chain
of opticians).”
This would also make a great print ad, with a before and
after setup where the before is Clark Kent and the after is Superman, and the
ad acts like the only thing making the difference is the glasses being
exchanged for the contact lenses. And the headline would be: “Contacts can make
you feel super.”
