A friend of mine reminded me of the Monty Python movie Life
of Brian recently, specifically the “Biggus Dickus” scene, which while
sophomoric, always seems to make everyone fall down laughing. But after
remembering it, I couldn’t help but think of how the two fictional joke name
characters in that segment could be used to advertise products.
Biggus Dickus, with his very descriptive name, would make a
natural spokesman for a penis enlargement or male enhancement product, saying
he used to be “Smallus Dickus” before he used (whatever brand of penis
enlargement supplement).
And his wife, Incontinentia Buttocks would be the perfect
spokesperson for Depend Undergarments: she has a specific issue, and Depend
Undergarments helps solve her problem so nobody else would ever know about her
problem, if only it weren’t for her name.
