Most laxatives work within 8 hours, so I thought it might be
fun to show someone miserable because they’re constipated, and the announcer
says that when you’re constipated, seconds seem to tick by like hours. But
(whatever brand of laxative) works fast, so your torment will be short-lived.
Then we hear the part from the song: “Fly Like an Eagle” by the Steve Miller
Band that goes: “Tick, tock, tick; doo doo, doo doo!” And the guy looks at the
clock (during the “Tick, tock, tick” part), feels a pang (“Doo doo, doo doo”),
and goes to the bathroom. Then we hear a flush, and he comes out feeling all
better. Then the announcer says: “(Whatever brand of laxative): Less ‘tick, tock, tick’, more ‘doo doo, doo doo’!”
