Lex Luthor is plotting something heinous for Metropolis, and Superman must find a way to defuse his evil plans. So Superman sends Lex Luthor some Rogaine, and it regrows Lex Luthor’s hair. And happy with his new gorgeous hair, Lex Luthor stops being a villain and instead uses his brilliance to work for humanitarian purposes. And it’s all because Rogaine saved the day! And the slogan would be: “Rogaine: The super-powered hair-restorer!”
