Federal Government Switching to Black Paper
Recently some high school student suggested switching to a different font would save millions of dollars in ink costs. But the government rebuffed this idea, opting to print documents on black paper instead. This way they save billions of dollars on redacting. You see, if the paper is already black, they don't have to black out any of the text, and then they can provide all documentation required by subpoenas without worrying about being accused of obstruction of justice due to redaction or refusal to comply, because while they will provide the documents, nobody will be able to read them anyway. So they'll save money and get away with corruption! And just think of all the man hours they can save on redaction!
