People who watched the Golden Globes Sunday night knows Emma
Stone won for Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical for La La Land, a really good
modern musical about life in Los Angeles.
Also, people who watched know she tanked her mom first, and
then went on to give what I think is the best speech of the night, encouraging
people to go for their dreams and keep on being creative.
And there’s an ad for that: P&G’s “Thank You, Mom” ad
from the Olympics.
So I fully expect, and hope, to see a P&G “Thank You, Mom”
ad featuring Emma Stone at the Golden Globes, and with a little reel of her
life from baby to toddler to first school play and first roles, etc.: the whole
shebang.
Anyway, for what it’s worth, here’s hoping they make that
spot for P&G’s “Thank You, Mom” campaign.
