No Military Options in Ukraine

I keep hearing on the news about how the United States has no military options in Ukraine. Then the news harps on how Ukraine cannot possibly go toe to toe with Russia, citing how much bigger Russia's forces are than Ukraine's. Well, it seems to me our military budget is ten times higher than Russia's. So if we have no military options against a country spending one-tenth on their military as we do on ours, I think it's a gyp, and I want my money back!
