Perverted Justice in Massachusetts

No, not the group that tries to catch sexual predators on the internet, but rather, a ruling in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court that says it's fine for perverts to sexually exploit women in public by sneaking pictures and video up women's skirts and dresses.

Surely this is a victory for all perverts, peeping toms and potential rapists! Hooray for Massachusetts: rolling back women's rights 100 years!

Was this maybe a bunch of old geezers saying it serves young women right for wearing revealing clothing? Or maybe they're mad that young women aren't attracted to them anymore, so they're getting passive-aggressive revenge? Well, whatever their reasoning, I salute the Massachusetts high court for their classy ruling (sarcasm!), and I guess it's clear the judges don't have any daughters.*

If women's groups around the world show outrage at this court's decision, and also if this encourages perverts to victimize young women across the country, this could be known as the "shot heard 'round the world"; but in this case, the "shot" is a lewd, exploitative, sexually abusive photograph.

Hey, why doesn't everyone chase after these Supreme Court judges and sneak yucky, intrusive, exploitative photographs up their judges' robes? Then maybe they will see how it feels to be victimized in such a disgusting, disrespectful, demeaning fashion. (Or did they make that ruling specifically because they are all a bunch of senile exhibitionists, and they want people to do this to them? Frankly, it's the only possible reason that makes any sense, seeing as how this ruling encourages the sexual harassment and exploitation of women who wear skirts and dresses. Unless… Hey, you don't suppose these judges own stock in a women's pantsuit company, now do you?)

Here's the perverted justice piece:

Lawmakers in Massachusetts said they would work to change the law based on this abusive court decision, but state Supreme Court "justices" told them not to bother, as they would strike down any law that makes it difficult for perverts to violate women in public.

* BTW: If these judges do have any daughters, I hope these young women will treat the judges like the little kids of the judge in Miracle on 34th Street treated him when he put Santa Claus on trial for mental incompetence. (That is, walking past in protest with their arms folded, angrily saying: "Hmmmph!")
