In the movie "Rebel Without a Cause", James Dean plays a game of "chicken" with some tough guy, and the tough guy gets killed, after which the tough guy's friends hound James Dean with a chicken. Well, in an ad for KFC, the chicken would remind James Dean how much he loves Kentucky Fried Chicken; and so he goes to KFC, and the tough guy (who is alive and well due to the power of delicious Kentucky Fried Chicken) and his friends are all there, and they all make friends.
Or, maybe when James Dean is challenged to play "chicken", what they do instead is race to see who can drive to, and get a bucket of chicken from, Kentucky Fried Chicken first. And after they both get back with their buckets of fried chicken, they all have a big picnic party.
Then the slogan could be: "Playing chicken is always delicious, and never destructive!"
