The Silencer is a superhero who uses a special sniper rifle
with a silencer on it to shoot inconsiderate noisy people and people who yell
loudly and disturb others. His bullets are specially developed darts that
inject loud jerks with a chemical compound that automatically lowers their
voice and/or brainwashes them into being considerate to others and turning down
their TVs, stereos, electric guitars and basses, drums and other instruments,
and lowering the racket of whatever they’re doing that bangs around and makes
excessive noise.
