I don't know if anyone's done this before. I have't seen it, but it's so obvious, I can't imagine it's never been done before. But in any case, after being driven crazy by the buffering of my sister's house's spotty Internet wifi, here's my joke/proposed Internet ad for Bufferin Aspirin:
A person is trying to watch videos on YouTube, or NetFlix, or wherever, and the video stream keeps being interrupted by that circle graphic thingy that means "buffering", and then the person bangs their head on their desk, and then having hurt their head, they hold it in their hands, and the announcer says: "Take Bufferin Aspirin: for all the headaches you get from Internet video buffering. We know it's a headache. Now, finally there's a pain reliever specifically designed for the headache of Internet video buffering." And the person reaches into their desk, takes out a bottle of Bufferin, takes two tablets with some water, and begins to feel better. (But they still throw their computer through the window anyway. Just kidding.)
