We see the creation scene from Frankenstein, or a Frankenstein movie, where the monster is created with lots of lightning and electricity, and the doctor screams: “It’s alive!” (Or something like that.) Then we cut to scenes of the monster stalking and killing people, and the announcer says: “See what happens when you use too much electricity? It creates a monster!” Then we hear about how we can save energy through Energy Star appliances, setting our thermostats to uncomfortable temperatures, etc.
(This is just supposed to be fun and silly, but I think it would send the message effectively.)
