In this, one of many Cialis ads of this nature, we see a couple getting a little bit frisky, and the announcer says: “When a moment spontaneously turns romantic…”
I am not married, but I know a lot of married people, and according to them, moments don’t spontaneously turn romantic.
(BTW: I tried to find this ad to attach a link for you to see it, but apparently the company removed them all from the Internet because people were making fun of them. Oh, the humanity: people are making fun of boner pills? That’s just free advertising. When will companies understand that all jokes about their ads just make people remember them more? Like they say: you can’t buy publicity like that! Take it when you can get it! And remember: no publicity is bad publicity!)
Maybe I am misreading this ad campaign, but I always sort of took it for granted that they were trying to target married men in this media blitz. But apparently, older married people don’t have a lot of sex, and not because of erectile dysfunction. Maybe they should try to target the elderly swinger set. I hear they have a lot of sex in the old folks homes nowadays.
