We see two anthropomorphic hairs in prison, trapped in their
follicles so it looks like they’re in separate prison cells. It’s nighttime,
and one hair/prisoner says to another one in the next cell: “I’m busting out
tonight. You want to join me?” Then the other hair/prisoner says: “Yeah, but
how can we do it?” And the first hair/prisoner says: “I’ve got a friend on the
outside: his name is Rogaine!” Then we see a jailbreak where the hairs escape
from prison, and then we zoom out from a microscopic level to see a man’s head,
and we see hair spontaneously popping out of his thinning hair area. Then the
announcer says: “Rogaine: Free your hair!”
