A couple of years ago, I joked about the Ghost of Christmas Presents being either a monster of all the discarded wrapping materials, or else an unwanted Christmas present, seeking revenge. (I will post a link to that post below.) But now I think this idea would work as a fun concept for an eBay ad.
We see people getting things they don't want for Christmas, and making grimaces and fake smiles. Then, later, they are haunted by the ghosts of these unwanted gifts, and the announcer says: "Don't allow yourself to be haunted by the Ghost of Christmas Presents you didn't want; sell them on eBay!" Then we see some guy, free of the spirits, counting money instead, with a much less cluttered home.
