Sith Light Sabers

Since the Sith use the dark side of the Force, how come their light sabers are not dark and invisible to anyone who has not turned to the dark side of the force? The Jedi cannot sense what the Sith are up to because they cannot read the dark side of the Force, so why aren’t the light sabers the same way?

The Sith light sabers could be made out of dark energy, which astrophysicists say is plentiful throughout the universe, although we cannot detect it yet. I think it would be a fun idea to have a Sith light saber, or another kind of weapon, that is made of dark matter or dark energy, or runs on dark energy, and is as such invisible to everyone but the Sith, and I’m frankly surprised the movies have not done this yet.

Maybe the Jedi, and people on the light side of the Force, could use some kind of special glasses lenses to enable them to see the dark energy light sabers, or whatever kind of weapon using dark energy. Or perhaps they could have some kind of handheld sensor unit that enables them to know whenever such a weapon is present.
