Recently TCM showed the fun Roger Corman science fiction
movie: X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes,
and that made me think of an updated version of this character: “Mr. I: The Man
with the MRI Eyes”. (<Mr. I = MRI)
Mr. I has the ability to see inside of people like an MRI
machine can: magnetic resonance imaging with the option of seeing
cross-sections or slices of a specific depth into any part of the human body
(or anything else, really).
Mr. I is willing to, um, see
patients to help them look inside their bodies and detect any problems that may
exist. But people still have to lie in that claustrophobia-inducing torpedo
tube anyway, because he says so: nyah.
