I saw some African safari movie recently where big game
hunters were talking about getting trophies, and we see a trophy room with lots
of stuffed animal heads on the walls and some stuffed lions and leopards and
cheetahs looking threatening. Well, this talk of trophies in a movie where some
cowardly guy is hunting to try to impress his young attractive wife inevitably
made me think of trophy wives, and then a trophy wife room, with stuffed trophy
wives. Then I thought Bluebeard must have had one of those, probably in his
secret room.
