College Bowl Games

I'm watching the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, and it reminds me of seeing one called the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl earlier. That seemed like an odd name for a bowl game. How about the Kraft "Hanker for a hunk of cheese" Bowl? After all, Kraft started out making American Cheese, right? (Or did they?) But it seems like we're missing out on lots of fun bowl game possibilities, and that's disappointing. What a missed opportunity!

So how about these as contenders for future bowl games:

The General Mills Cereal Bowl

The Hawaiian Punch Punch Bowl
The Del Monte Fruit Bowl
The Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Bowl

The High Times Smoke A Bowl

The Ty-D-Bol Toilet Bowl

The Campbell's Chunky Soup Bowl (And they could show an abbreviated broadcast of highlights called "The Campbell's Condensed Soup Bowl")

The Pepto Bismol Vomit Bowl

The Purina Dog Food Bowl

The Evian Water Bowl

The PetSmart Goldfish Bowl

The Quaker Oatmeal Bowl

The Snow's Chowder Bowl
The Supercuts Bowl Cut Bowl

The LA Philharmonic Hollywood Bowl

The Pickwick 24-Hour Lanes Bowl

But I really think they ought to be things that go in bowls, or that make sense being associated with bowls or bowling, don't you? Otherwise, it's just silly.

And shouldn't the Rose Bowl be sponsored by FTD Florists or 1-800-Flowers or something?
I mean, come on! Let's be a little consistent here with our imagery.
