Crazy New California Laws

Yes, every year, there are new ridiculously idiotic laws passed in California. These laws make California residents roll their eyes in disbelief before they promptly forget them and refuse to even acknowledge them ever again (unless they get caught!). This breeds disrespect for the law, contempt for government, ridicule from other states, etc. But there is a method to the madness here! These laws have a purpose, but you have to think outside the box to figure out what it is, since the laws themselves only serve to make it miserable to live in California.

Oh, but making it miserable to live in California is the whole point of all these intellectually-challenged laws to begin with! You see, the government ninnies who pass such laws don't do so to correct any problems in the state except for one: there are too many people in California, and it's such a beautiful environment, people flock here from all over the country! So guess what that means: there's nowhere to park, and it costs way to much to live here! So, how to get rid of people so government officials can find places to park, get restaurant reservations, pay less for their homes, etc.? Well, it's simple! They just pass the stupidest, most maddening, frustrating, ridiculous laws imaginable, and after a while, hopefully, everyone will hightail it out of California! Then, they can finally find parking again!

And if the economy sputters because everyone leaves, they can just repeal a few of the laws temporarily until some people return, and then make it awful again once they get the right amount of residents back. See?: It's foolproof!
