Kellyanne Conway/Luna Lovegood

Does Kellyanne Conway remind anyone else of that slightly odd but very sweet character Luna Lovegood from the Harry Potter movies? She looks and kind of speaks a bit like this character (as portrayed in the movies by actress Evanna Lynch). And that's not an insult, by the way, as Luna Lovegood is perhaps my favorite Harry Potter character (aside from Hermoine Granger, whose bright mind and hard work ethic won me over early on).
