In this (joke/proposed) ad for Alka Seltzer, a man gets an upset stomach in a dance club, and a joke version of the song "Maniac" from the movie Flashdance begins playing for him to hear which sings:
There's a man who yacked, man who yacked on the floor,
And he's yacking like he's never yacked before...
Well, hearing this, the man has a stomach contraction, puts his hands over his mouth to prevent him from throwing up, and then the video freeze-frames, at which point the announcer says: "Upset stomach? Try Alka Seltzer!"
Then, as the tag, we see the same man, feeling much better, dancing on the dance floor with his friends to the regular version of the song "Maniac" form Flashdance (suggesting that he only heard the song as being about being sick in his own mind because he felt sick).
