The Belmont Steaks is a steak restaurant where they serve steaks from the horses that lost people a lot of money in the Belmont Stakes horserace. It's actually open all year round serving regular beef steaks, but on one day per year, or perhaps for a whole week, they serve up all of the horses everyone is fuming about losing them so much money in betting on the Belmont. (Actually, don't tell anyone, but the truth is that it's always just beef steaks, and they just claim it's the horses disgruntled gamblers want to get revenge upon and eat out of spite.)
