Yes! I finally get it! That woman wearing black who’s always shilling for the oil industry: I know who it is! It’s Satan (or a demon from hell)!
I was watching one of those ads, and she was talking about how much the oil industry does we should be grateful for, etc., and then they morph her into this glass elevator, and she’s then riding it up from the bowels of the Earth, and I was like: “What the hell is she doing in a glass elevator coming up from the hot center of the Earth?” And then it hit me: she’s coming up from hell, and they just made the mistake of showing it in the ad! And they thought we wouldn’t notice?
So obviously she’s Satan, or like a demon or a succubus or whatever: but she’s from hell, whatever she is! The ad proves it! Plus, she wears black all the time, and Satan always wears black in movies, so there you go! What else could it mean?
I can't find this specific commercial, but here's the lady (She's the spokeswoman for EnergyTomorrow.org, as well as secretly being Satan in her spare time. Actually, she's supposedly a former soap opera actress, who by an odd coincidence played a con artist on As The World Turns. It's funny, because now she's playing one on As The World Burns, which is what they should call this series of ads.):
