Whenever I see a promo for a TV show or a TV channel where
they say: “Watch America’s most watched new show”, or: “America’s most watched
network”, it always makes me think they might as well say this: “Hey, come on
and watch it! Everybody else is doing it: don’t you want to be cool? You’re a
loser if you don’t!” And really, that is
what they’re saying after all, isn’t it?
