President Obama sure has a lot of problems with leaks. Well, to stop these leaks, he may have to go gangsta on his administration with a strict "No Snitching" policy. And a way he could go about reminding his administration employees to keep tight-lipped (or else) might be to install the following sign on all government office walls:

Also, the administration may want to re-institute the "mark of the squealer" punishment (from the old gangster movies). Then, whenever the leaker showed up anywhere that requires a security clearance, the "mark of the squealer" would let everyone know that this person is not to be trusted with classified information.
