It's Not Perjury!

It sure looks a lot like numerous government officials have lied under oath in Congressional oversight hearing testimony recently, including even some agency heads. But it's not perjury! Yes, in fine print on the back of the Constitution, there is a little-known codicil that permits government officials to lie under oath in testimony before Congress so long as they cross their fingers as they swear in, and they had previously invoked P.A.A.*

* (P.A.A. is the grammar school prophylactic claim of "Protection Against Anything". And anything includes perjury, too.)
