The DEA has announced plans to create a young muscular rapper character designed to make narcs appear cool to kids. So this character, purportedly to be called “Narcy Narc” or “Narky Nark”, will wear fashionable low-rise jeans and no shirt, have lots of muscles and cool accessories such as hats and sunglasses and iPods, and he will rap all about telling on people for using drugs or engaging in other illicit or naughty activities.
Law enforcement officials believe it’s really just a matter of making narcing on people seem hip and fresh, and then all the kids will want to do it. And what better way to make kids like something than to have a fake rapper pretend to engage in such an activity? It’s just that easy! Then, once this character, Narky Nark, becomes a fashion icon and music superstar, all the other hip hop artists will want to emulate his message and copy his style. And in this way, narcing will be the new “no snitchin’”. I mean, how could it fail, right?
He could also make movies, called something like: Narky Nark and the Drunky Bunch (about alcohol abusers), Narky Nark and the Druggie Bunch (about drug abusers), and Narky Nark and the F*cky Bunch (about people engaged in illicit sexual activity); and in each one, this group of partiers would get high, etc., and Narky Nark would narc them out one by one until they’re all in jail, showing our children how much fun it is to tell on people and get them in trouble, and how much everybody will really like and respect kids who do it.
Isn’t it a great idea? It can’t miss! It’s only a matter of time before all the kids will want to be just like Narky Nark! And then America’s drug problems will be a thing of the past.
