Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has had a bit of difficulty lately
with his constituents and the Toronto City Council and the news people just
because he smoked crack and got hammered binge drinking and stuff. Plus, there
are some embarrassing videos making him and Toronto look a bit silly. And what’s
his name? Why, it’s Ford, isn’t it? And seeing as how Ford and Chevrolet have
been rival car companies for years, this would be a perfect opportunity for
Chevrolet to use this incident as an attack ad against Ford, don’t you think?
So here’s how this ad would work: We’d see parts of the
embarrassing videos of Rob Ford and hear the details of the scandal through
clips from news reports on the subject, and then the announcer would say: “See
all the stuff that goes wrong when you get a Ford? Get a Chevy instead, and
avoid all these problems!”
