In this ad for Nicoderm CQ, some guy in a bar decides not to
have a cigarette, at which point a miniature band starts playing the song: “I
Just Want to Celebrate” on the table in front of him. So, um does Nicoderm give
you hallucinations? I guess they don’t have to mention that when they show it
happening in the ad, huh? But what happens when everyone around this guy holds
up their lit lighter, like always happens at concerts? Will he crave a
cigarette then? Gee, I hope not…
