Grace Jones had a big hit in the early 1980s called "Pull Up to the Bumper", and it had lyrics like:
Pull up to the bumper baby, in your long black limousine,
Pull up to the bumper baby, and drive it in between.
Well, this song could serve as a fun ad for the Smart Car with a bit of lyrical reworking. For their all-electric model, the lyrics could be altered to promote the emissions-free car's environmental friendliness:
Pull on past the pump baby, in your Smart Car, it's so green,
Pull on past the pump baby, it drives completely clean.
And for the gas version, making a joke on that size-related metaphor in the original song could also make a fun ad for the Smart Car, praising its fuel economy, like so:
Pull up to the pump baby, in your little white Smart Car,
A fill up at the pump baby, will drive you very far.
