A news story today claims fans have guessed how Game of Thrones will end. Well, duh.
Obviously at the end it will turn out that the planet where this has all been
going on is part of the Star Wars
galaxy, and then the Empire invades, kills everyone, and Darth Vader takes
over. Anyone could have figured that out.
Oh, but after that, I heard the Cylons will invade, and then
the Borg, and then the Klingons, and then the Romulans, who will strip mine the
planet, sending it back to the stone age, where it will all begin again from
the beginning, with stone age weapons, and then swords and arrows and stuff,
and the Empire laughing at how ass-backwards they are there, and how it wasn’t
worth defending anyway, since it’s just a bunch of medieval fantasy tropes that
don’t really belong in a space fantasy galaxy anyway, so it was a good thing
they let all the other Sci-Fi characters fight over it, as it distracted them
all from attacking the rest of the Empire. And before the planet can develop
space age technology, the Empire makes a secret deal with Galactus that he can
eat that planet if he’ll leave the rest of the Empire alone.
So, is that how it ends? (I heard it is.)
Another theory I have is that the White Walkers are really
like the Abominable Snowman from the Bugs Bunny-Daffy Duck cartoon, and they
will enslave the human world as their pets, after destroying the Night’s Watch,
so they can pet them and hug them and squeeze them and…
