Stephen Colbert had Michael Sheen on tonight talking about
his show Masters of Sex, about a sex
researcher who followed Kinsey, and that reminded me of the movie Kinsey.
As I recall, at the end of the movie Kinsey, we see Kinsey walking in the woods, and he walks into a
little clearing, and he stands there, and then a couple of cute animals walk
out into the clearing and look at him. Well, I remember thinking at the time
that lots of cute animals should come into the clearing, maybe two of each
kind, and they look at Kinsey, and then all the animals start having sex in
front of him. That would have wrapped the movie up nicely, don’t you think, based on what he was studying?
