Apple announced the
release of the new iPhone 5S and 5C yesterday, which had everyone all aflutter
with anticipation. But upon hearing the news that the Siri voice will be
replaced with that of Gilbert Gottfried and Fran Drescher, Apple shares took a
substantial hit. Apple CEO Tim Cook said today that perhaps they should have
put the new voices only on the iPhone 5C to punish people for not wanting to
buy the top model, but he admitted the newly added vocal stylings may have been
a mistake.
