Syria "A Cancer"?

Lindsey Graham said Syria is "a cancer". That's odd, because Iran is allies with Syria, and they said their nuclear program is just to create isotopes for medical purposes, like treating cancer. You'd think Iran could have cured Syria's cancer by now. Unless... Hey, you don't suppose Syria is an unsuspecting guinea pig for testing out Iran's medical isotopes, now do you? Wow, no wonder things are so screwed up there: they've created a monster! Aaaaa!
