Russian President
Vladimir Putin and UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon have suggested Syria turn
over their chemical weapons to the international community to be decommissioned
and neutralized, which appears to be the best possible solution to this Syria crisis. And
if this ends up solving the issue without American military intervention, that
would be great. And because Putin and Moon are together on this, I propose this
be called the “Moon Putin Initiative”. And in celebration of its success, if
indeed it succeeds, everyone could moon Putin as a show of gratitude.
