I wrote a piece earlier
about how I thought the Ramones song “California Sun” might have been a more
appropriate song for a Coppertone ad than “Blitzkrieg Bop”. And that made me
think about other Ramones songs, like “Suzy is a Headbanger”, and how that song
would be very appropriate for an ad for Aleve. She could bang her head all day
long, and the next day, when her neck hurts, she could take Aleve to relieve
the pain.
