Absinthe Ads?
You might not know it, but Absinthe, that purportedly inspirational exotic nectar of the artsy crowd in fin-de-siècle Paris, is now legal in the United States. And you might not know it, because nobody seems to be trying to advertise or market it much. But couldn’t we have a nouvelle belle époque if people knew about it? Well, maybe and maybe not, but I think it’s worth a try. The worst that could happen is that they’d sell a lot more of it, making the companies wealthy. But who would want to do something like that anyway?
