This time our ghost-hunting friends go looking for Christmas
ghosts, kicking their way into Ebenezer Scrooge’s house and catching the ghosts
on camcorder and EF-meters and recording for EVPs. Scrooge tries to kick them out,
saying “Bah, humbug” about ghosts, but our intrepid friends are having none of
it, claiming he’s possessed, so they toss him in the back of their van as
evidence. Then, when the ghosts show up to reform old Ebenezer Scrooge, they
have a big surprise waiting for them: they will be part of a reality show, and
they’ll get captured in Ghostbusters-style
ghosts traps, where they will be experimented on later. And of course the show
ends with an exorcism on Scrooge to be sure he is not possessed by the spirit
of Christmas, where he is brought back to his selfish, greedy, hum-bug self.
(Oh, and the prize turkey goes to waste in the shop window, nobody having
bought it, causing its spirit to become restless, haunting the shop forever after…)
