I heard someone reference the show Special Report with Bret Baier today, and it made me think
about the title of the show for the first time. And I wonder, does Bret Baier
ever do just a regular report? Or does Fox News assign all the special reports
to him? Or is every report he does a special report just because he’s doing it?
I’m not sure what they mean.
Oh, but there’s one thing I am sure of: promo ads for
Special Report should have the tagline read by SNL’s The Church Lady: “Now
isn’t that special?”
